This is a lovely two storey modern townhouse in Cleveland and a relaxing place to stay. Close to restaurants, shops, the coast, public transport, and the North Stradbroke island ferry. Spend the day at North Stradbroke, watch the whales at Point Lookout and stay overnight in Cleveland . There are excellent coastal walkways and cycle paths. The Raby Bay marina and Cleveland Point is in the vicinity. It is a short walk to Cleveland railway station which connects to the Brisbane Metro network. The space You have full access to this 2 bedroom, 2 storey townhouse with a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, stove and tea / coffee facilities. There is a full bathroom and shower upstairs, with another separate toilet downstairs. It is set back from the street in a quiet location. There is parking for one small car in the garage. There is also visitor parking within the complex, available only to visitors and not for short term booking use. This apartment is walking distance to the Cleveland shops, cafes and restaurants as well as Cleveland show grounds and the nearby coast. It is accessible to public transport. It is perfectly located to explore the Moreton Bay tourist drive area, North Stradbroke island and Sirromet winery events. It is a 30 minute drive by car from Brisbane airport. Guest access The whole apartment is available. It is a great place to relax, attend events at Cleveland show grounds, explore North Stradbroke island or for a quiet retreat. It is a place to stay if you need to work in the area. It is fully furnished. There are two outdoor courtyards within the private space of the residence. Other things to note A discount is applied for extended stays of more than 1 week (15%) and a larger discount for 1 month (25%) or long term seasonal stays. A special rate discount is considered for stays of 3 to 6 months. Send a special request message to the host for this discount. This is a no smoking property. Smokers are required to use the outdoor courtyard. This is a pet free property. The body corporate have requested that I advise guests to please ensure your vehicle is parked in the garage if it fits or on the street . The following information from the body corporate manager states “Parking facilities at the complex are limited to your allocated parking spaces only. When within the unit complex, the vehicle must be totally housed at all times within its allocated parking space in the garage. Under no circumstances are vehicles permitted to park in a space allocated to another unit. Vehicles must not be parked in such a way that causes access issues for other residents' vehicles. Visitor parking is for visitors only and is to be utilised for short term parking only. These spaces are not available to tenants / residents, including short term tenants. Of particular concern is the parking of vehicles in front of the garage door which restricts vehicle turning access for neighbours. Please do not park in this area. Parking is available on the street if your vehicle doesn’t fit in the garage. There is Wi-Fi connection provided. Guests can access the details in the guest information in your trip details on Airbnb.
