It has a double bed with latex mattress, plus a sofa bed in case you are traveling in 4. A useful kitchen in case you want to prepare meals to go, or to simply have a relaxing dinner at home. At your disposal a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso machine to start the day at best with a good coffee! The studio is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, flat TV screen and wifi. Other things to note The tourist tax is not included: are € 4.00 per person per day for a maximum of 5 days. From the sixth day onwards it's not required. The tax should be paid directly upon arrival in cash. At check-in you should show me your documents for the registration of the lease contract. There are parking spaces available in front of the building and in the street next to it. The cost is 0,80 € per hour from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, for a maximum of 8,00 € per day. Parking is free on Sundays. In case of a delay of more than 30 minutes without notice, a surcharge of 25,00 € will be applied to the total booking. To make your stay more confortable we'll be at your disposal for additional services, as pick-up from and to airport or train station, and personal shopping.
