There is ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning in all bedroms. along with fans. There is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee plunger & machine, and and large refrigerator/freezer. There is a high chair and baby bath available and two bathrooms (no bath) with large showers (shower chair provided if needed). Other features include two televisions, both with DVD players, large lounge/kitchen/dining room with reverse cycle air conditioning and an alfresco area under the main roof. There is a washing machine, dryer and barbecue. Off-street parking for 3 vehicles with room for a boat. Pets not permitted Beachfront Break is a great getaway for summer or winter for families or couples. Access to the beach is 20 metres away. Generally, nothing is provided in the way of food items. Guests need to bring their own tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and other food stuffs.
