Description

This is a private room type accommodation where you rent a room in a house where a host lives. It is perfect for those who like the quiet and relaxed feeling of the countryside. The nearest bus stop is a 1-minute walk. In order for you to fully enjoy the charm of Tottori Prefecture, there are also "Surfing experience plan in the sea certified as a San'in Kaigan Geopark" and "Plan to enjoy Misasa Onsen slowly by electric assist bicycle". We provide surfboards, wetsuits, and electric assisted bicycles for you to use. Feel free to ask your host. The space There are three guest rooms, all of which are private. Please let me know how many rooms you need. Please note that there is a cleaning fee of 1,000 yen per room for the second and subsequent rooms. We will charge an extra fee if you need multiple rooms during busy periods or for a small number of people. The room on the ground floor is a Japanese-style room that can be separated by a sliding partition and used together with the living room (about 12 tatami mats), but there is no additional charge. Usually, Japanese-style rooms are for 2 people, but they can also be used by 6 people if combined. # Legal Requirements (Mandatory Requirements) Even if a reservation is confirmed, the Japanese government requires hosts to record the name, address, occupation, nationality, and passport number of all guests in the guest register for properties under the Residential Accommodation Business Act.
