Sinclair Stay

Modern home with off-street parking. Whether you are coming to Sinclair for work or pleasure, this clean and comfy 2-bedroom home has it all. Fresh, clean towels & linens, fully stocked kitchen (dishes, utensils, appliances, towels, etc.), clean comfortable beds, washer and dryer, 55 inch TV with cable and internet. Guests have access to the entire house. Washer and dryer are provided free of charge. Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen wares. Towels and linens are clean, fresh, and ready to use. Guests have access to the entire house. The driveway fits 2 vehicles and there is parking in the front as well. If any needs or issues should arise, the owners are readily available for your convenience. Feel free to call or text anytime. Sinclair is a small town with a population of around 400 people, with access to a larger town (Rawlins) only 5 minutes away. There are 2 well-kept and updated parks in town, as well as a water fountain in front of the historic Parco Inn (aka Sinclair Baptist Church currently). As mentioned earlier, Su Casa (a local favorite for Mexican food) is right across the street from this house. Cleaning and Sanitation We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: -We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. -We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists. -We wash all linens (towels/bedding/etc) in as hot of water as recommended. -We Lysol all soft surfaces (couch/chairs, etc). -We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay. -We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.
