The beds are comfortable and their headboards have been built by a glass craftsman. All of them are equipped with televisions, refrigerators, a safe, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and large windows. Feel free to ask us if you need a yacht rental service or a private chef. Other things to note We only accept respectful guests. No loud noises that disturb the neighbors are allowed. Music during the day may not exceed the decibels allowed according to municipal ordinances and will be prohibited from 10 pm to 9 am,  being expressly prohibited the assembly of professional or semi-professional music equipment. No parties or events are allowed. In the event that the competent authority imposes a fine for this fact, the tenants will assume the payment of the amount thereof. In the event that the neighbors or competent Authority notify the landlord of excessive noise, the landlord may enter the villa and cut off the music, and may immediately terminate the lease, with the tenants being expelled from the villa without the right to a refund of the rental price not enjoyed. Child safety Children's safety is a priority. Therefore, parents or responsible adults must supervise minors at all times during the use of any facility on the property, including, but not limited to: swimming pool, terraces, garden, elevator, outlets or other elements that may represent a risk. Access to and use of these areas is not permitted without direct adult supervision. Guest Registration – SES.HOSPEDAJES (Ministry of the Interior) In compliance with current regulations, all tenants and occupants must provide the data required for registration in the guest registration system of the Ministry of the Interior (SES.HOSPEDAJES), prior to access to the property. Failure to comply with this obligation will entitle the landlord to refuse entry to the dwelling, and the contract will be considered null and void. In such a case, the owner will be exempt from any commitment acquired and may freely dispose of the property, retaining 100% of the amounts paid as compensation for the breach by the tenant.
