The Hideaway is an Old-Style Florida Boutique Waterfront Resort with a large, heated pool, 2500 sq ft deck that goes out over the canal, propane barbecue, fishing rods . We also have access to a local realtor, if desired. The space This Guest Suite has a king size bed located in bedroom along with a queen-size pull-out sofa in living area, a fridge, stove, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. The room overlooks our pool in front of the building and the canal in the back. Guest access You have full use of our heated pool, our deck that goes out over the canal, fishing rods, barbecue and more. Other things to note Check in is 3 pm - 9 pm, no check ins after 9pm Check in from 1pm - 3 pm upon prior approval is an additional $20 Check Out is 11 am Check out from 11am - 2 pm upon prior approval is an additional $20 *****MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE TO CHECK IN/Photo ID required***** You also must be the person checking in, cannot book for someone else PETS We are a pet friendly resort but only accepting dogs currently. Limited 1 Dog (if over 20#) per unit or two (2) small dogs (20# or less) per unit. There is an additional per night charge that needs to be paid at time of check in to the resort. 1 Dog is $15/night + sales tax 2 Dogs is $25/night + sales tax For questions about this please contact the resort directly via messenger. SMOKING All of our rooms are NON-SMOKING but you are free to smoke outdoors. There is an additional $250 fee for smoking ANYTHING (this includes Vapes) inside the room. MISC We DO NOT offer roll-away beds, but we do offer a pack-n-play style crib, we ask this be entered in your reservations notes if needed. So, we can accommodate your needs before you arrive.
