The spacious living room opens to the balcony with an outdoor table and chairs. It is connected to the dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, dishwasher, oven, kettle, tea/coffee maker etc.). There is one spacious bathroom in the apartment, with a bathtub and a washing machine. Kaštel Gomilica Bay is located at a perfect spot; it is shielded by the Kozjak Mountain from the north while the Marjan Peninsula and the Čiovo Peninsula guard the bay’s southern side. The Historic cities of Trogir (a cultural UNESCO World Heritage Site) and Split are easily reached by car or bus, Split also by train. Nearby shops are 400 m away and the nearest local restaurant is 500 m away. All the shops, restaurants and stores are easily reached by foot. the beach is located about 800m from the apartment, which can be reached on foot or by car because there is free parking. On the beach there are two beach bars and facilities for children and the possibility of using an electric bicycle to tour Kaštela by the sea. The Charming Carmen Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, so we suggest you visit fish and green markets and enjoy a homemade meal. Marina Kaštela is located within a walking distance to the Charming Carmen Apartment (700 m); it is a brand new marina with excellent nautical infrastructure and design.
