While past reviews mention hands-on animal feeding, our farm has evolved over the years — we now keep only a small flock of chickens and no longer offer feeding sessions, allowing you to enjoy the animals simply as part of the tranquil farm atmosphere. Please conserve water by limiting shower duration, turning off taps when not in use, and using water thoughtfully. * The rainwater provided is beautifully fresh and safe to drink. Kitchen: * Fully equipped for meal preparation—you're welcome to bring your own food. * A Drakes grocery store and dining options are located just 5 km away in Mundubbera. Garbage Disposal: * There is no garbage collection service provided by our local government. * Please observe the garbage disposal instructions and place all waste in designated bins at the back stairs to assist us in maintaining cleanliness. Do not leave extra garbage bags or boxes of rubbish outside; wildlife will scatter them. Communication: * Hi-speed internet available (Starlink). * Excellent mobile phone and data coverage available at the property (depending on provider) Wildlife: * Despite our efforts, you may occasionally encounter spiders, frogs, mice and even the occasional snake (particularly during summer months). * Keep food covered and secured to reduce unwanted visitors. Livestock: * Livestock, including cows and horses, roam the paddocks and may leave droppings. Keep gates to the house yard closed to prevent livestock entry. Departure: * Before leaving, please tidy up, clean the kitchen, wash all dishes and remove garbage to the outside bins.
