Aloe Villa - spacious home, close to beach/town

Huge family home located in the heart of Sairee. Our villa is a short walking distance to all the amenities, restaurants, bars, shops, dive schools and Koh Tao's main beach (Sairee). Our 3 storey home offers 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, 2 bathrooms with 2 spacious communal areas including a roof garden. Ideal for a big family or large group. Designed for 8 adults, there is an additional cot and sofa bed available upon request (so could sleep up to 10). The space Set in a peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by lush mountains and coconut trees. Our home offers light and airy rooms with high ceilings and lots of windows. The decor is a collection of pieces found on our travels around the world, mostly antique pieces found in Asia. Each room comes complete with fresh towels, luxury organic cotton dressing gowns and tea/coffee station. Fibre optic wifi and 5g available throughout the house, however guests must keep in mind that this is a small island and the connection can drop out (this rarely happens though). Living room/kitchen- open planned living room with 2 corner sofas, 2 coffee tables, wall and free standing fan and smart TV. Our kitchen has a built in oven and 3 gas stove, toaster and all the necessary equipment needed, a large island with built in storage and sink so you can watch TV whilst you serve breakfast. Large refrigerator and unlimited drinking water. Roof garden- large communal area with mountain views, chilling floor mattresses, seating, double bed for anyone wanting to sleep in the open air and speaker system for music. Ideal for morning meditations and yoga. Master bedroom- king size bed, air conditioning and fan, separate wardrobes with space for luggage, smart TV, vanity area/desk with mirror, huge living area with space for cot/sofa bed. Bedroom 2- king size bed, air conditioning and fan, built in wardrobe with space for luggage, vanity table with mirror and smart TV. This room could fit an additional travel cot. Bedroom 3 (the Pod's)- queen size bunk beds with individual fans in each pod, air conditioning and wall fans, a smart TV and built in wardrobe with space for some luggage. This space could fit an additional travel cot. Downstairs bathroom- huge bathroom with hot water rain shower and lots of counter space. Soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Upstairs bathroom- huge space with seating and built in shelves, elevated hot water rain shower in the open air. Soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Guest access- Our taxi driver will meet you at the pier for your free taxi transfer. Private entrance with motorbike parking. Motorbike rental can be arranged by your hosts. 3 door keys will be distribute to guests. Everything you need is within a short walking distance.
