Beachside Bliss in Quaint Ocean Town - Surf's up!

Enjoy the beach life in your private suite! Two blocks to the ocean with private beach access or relax by the pool in large tropical backyard. You will have your own private entrance and parking. Small refrigerator, microwave and beverage bar. Outdoor charcoal grill. TV with Roku. High speed WiFi. Work desk. High-top Table. Guests from all backgrounds are welcome. The space My home is located in the center of the barrier island. It is a short two block walk or drive to the ocean with private beach access and an even shorter two blocks to the big Indian River Lagoon where you can enjoy the most amazing sunsets. Also within walking distance (if you choose) to a variety of restaurants, parks, shops, library and late-night convenience store/gas station. Short drive to golf courses, shopping and night life. There is a bit of roadside noise from the 30 mph road next to the house, but nothing too distracting or overwhelming. Sometimes, you can hear the ocean waves lapping the beach from my back deck, especially at night. You will enjoy a peaceful and relaxing time here. The stars are bright almost every night. Guest access Your room is cozy and comfortable with a queen size bed, high top table for two, writing desk and outdoor seating area. You will have private parking and your own private entrance with a key-less coded lock. The room has an area with a Keurig coffee maker with a variety of K-cups and tea, a microwave and a mini fridge with some bottled water and condiments to help you get started, cups, plates and plastic-ware. There is an outdoor charcoal grill if you choose to cook out. Your suite is separate from the house and you will have your own private full bath with walk-in shower. You are welcome to use the pool in the afternoon, but I reserve the morning and evening times for my own private use. During your stay I will greet you upon your arrival when possible. If I am not here, you will have easy access with the key-less lock and your own personal code. My guests are generally on their own unless there is something I can do to help or we happen to cross paths for some chit chat. I am always a text away from helping you with any questions to help you enjoy your stay! Other things to note IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER - Please be careful of your speed if you are driving. Our police officers are diligent in enforcing the speed limits!
