Cottage in South Hero

Ideal location in South Hero with direct lakeside access (Lake Champlain) with small beach. 30 mins to Burlington. Property has two lakeside cottages - both are included in rental. Studio only available through end of October. Large cottage: 2 bed, 2 bath, large living room, full kitchen, sleeps up to 6, with 2 people in the living room on pull out couch. Studio cottage: full kitchen, full bath, pull out couch which sleeps 2, washer and dryer. Both cottages have WiFi and smart TVs. The space The large cottage is new construction completed in May 2024. Please note any comments left prior to May 2024 do not pertain to the renovated property. Very quiet area with a private gravel road which is nice for a walk or bike ride (2 bikes available for your use). -Lawn spaces, lakeside beaches, backyard, and dock for your use (note you can walk into the water from the beach - please do not dive from dock) -2 kayaks available for your use -BBQ and firepit -Central heat and air in large cottage, ceiling fan and space heater in studio -Large cottage has blackout shades in bedrooms and studio does not -Multiple air mattresses available if needed Nearby restaurants: - Blue Paddle - McKees Island Pub - Two Heroes Brewery - Public House - Thai Today - North Hero House -Island Acres Takeout: -Pan's Pizza Lunch (sandwhiches, bagels): - Wally's -Hero's Welcome Vineyard: Snow Farm Vineyard Not to mention all the bars and restaurants in Burlington! Guest access All spaces except for the largest cottage which is not finished yet. Other things to note The property is beautiful and peaceful. And the view of the lake, especially the sunrise in the morning, is so beautiful. We have a nice backyard with outdoor furniture. We have a small beach that makes it easy to walk right into the lake and enjoy the cool refreshing water.
