Bring your telescope! Owners grass airstrip under renovation but inquire about using the neighbors. The space Guests are welcome to get away from it all and get lost in our woods. There are many secluded clearings to set up a tent for children. Awesome sunset views or stay up later to enjoy the Milky Way, constellations and meteors! Guest access Guests have access to Cottage and driveway, woods, pastures and barn. Mountain bikes welcome, but ATVs not advised due to our soil and erosion. PLEASE BE SURE TO NOTIFY US IF YOU WILL BE STAYING WITH PETS. Taildragger pilots may inquire about using neighbor's grass strip. Hopefully, the owners airstrip will be available within a year. Other things to note Nearest towns with groceries and fuel are Grandview (7 mi East), Covington (6.2 mi South), Rio Vista (8 mi West) and Cleburne (12 mi North) so plan accordingly. Cell coverage acceptable but may be marginal in cottage due to metal roof. WiFi router, large TV and Direct TV available in cottage.
