Cosy Private Unit / 10 minutes drive to Hobart

Cosy and modern private unit 10min drive to CBD Hobart. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay from Wifi, heater/AC to basic kitchen. The unit is located in front of the main house. We’ll respect your privacy but you can call us whenever you need any help. There is also a bus stop right in front of the house so suitable for travelers without a car (bus comes roughly once per hour until around 6pm). Please make yourself at home in our little unit. The space Scandinavian style throughout the space. Basic kitchen for cooking (no oven!). Suitable for people who can enjoy a "tiny house" feel (around 30m2). Guest access Car can be parked at the shed at the front of the house. If driving a large car free street parking is also available, but please avoid parking in the bus stop. Guests are also free to use the unit's front porch/garden. Other things to note -It’s self check in / out so find instructions on message we will send after the reservation is confirmed. -The hot water system and stove are LPG gas and the bottle needs to be swapped over roughly twice per year. If the gas runs out during your stay please let us know and we can swap bottles (spare bottle is at rear of unit next to bottle in use). Sorry for your inconvenience in advance if that happens.
