You’re only a 30-minute drive to downtown Milwaukee, and a scenic 30 miles south of Sheboygan and Kohler. The space Bright, clean and freshly renovated, this charming upper-level Carriage House Loft offers a peaceful and comfortable stay. Attached to a historic home, it’s situated in a quaint, quiet neighborhood and has a private entrance. There is a new, comfortable queen bed and a cozy sofa sectional that converts to a queen-size memory foam sleeper. The open-concept kitchen, island with bar stools, and living area create a welcoming space to relax, enjoy a meal or entertain. Step onto the deck to enjoy your morning coffee or tea while watching the sunrise over the private backyard. The loft is equipped with Wi-Fi, cable TV, Netflix, DVDs, and games. A fully stocked kitchen, including a refrigerator, appliances, and cookware ensures a convenient and enjoyable stay. Guest access Guests have full access to the Carriage House Loft, including ample closet space if needed to hang clothes. Enjoy the property’s shared outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and gatherings. The first, more intimate patio features a cozy fire pit, seating area and grill, perfect for quiet evenings next to the fire. The second, larger patio offers an expansive seating area and coffee table, a patio table with an umbrella and chairs, all ideal for morning coffee or evening conversations. Stretch out on the chaise lounges set up on the lawn, relax in the hammock or explore the lush backyard garden, which was proudly featured in the 2024 Port Washington Garden Club Garden Walk. The backyard offers a peaceful, scenic escape with beautiful flowers and thoughtfully curated plants that add to the tranquility of your stay. Other things to note The main house is occupied by the family, but we prioritize a quiet and private guest experience. A shared breezeway connects the Carriage House Loft, and you’ll have access through an easy self check-in with keypad entry. The garage below the loft is accessible via a staircase, but for your privacy, we won’t use the indoor garage entrance during your stay, and doors will remain locked. The garage doors are designed to operate quietly. Please note: No smoking inside, and quiet hours begin at 10 p.m.
