The apartment is a studio apartment of approximately 45 square meters, with high Renaissance vaulted ceilings and large windows with plenty of light. On the ground floor is: bathroom, kitchen, double bed. Upstairs on the mezzanine: office/living area. The apartment is equipped with: TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating, hairdryer, bed linens and towels. The space "Residence La Contessina" is the ideal property for couples, families and groups of friends on vacation, but also for those coming to Florence for business. The Residence is located in the heart of the city, just 150 meters from Santa Maria Novella Station, a short walk from the main tourist attractions such as the Duomo and the Uffizi and very close to the Palazzo dei Congressi. Guest access Guests can relax in our private indoor cloister equipped with a gazebo with tables and chairs. Other things to note The apartment is delivered clean. During the stay, the apartment is not cleaned. A surcharge of €25.00 is requested at the end of the stay for the final cleaning of the kitchen, if left dirty. We are pet-friendly and therefore happy to welcome four-legged tourists: there is a surcharge of €30.00 at the end of the stay. Paid indoor parking is available by reservation.
