The space The cottage is 128 sq.m., there are 3 bedrooms, each bedroom has a double bed and a double sofa bed; 2 bathrooms; a kitchen-living room, and a dryer, which is not less important for winter, here you can dry your outerwear and shoes. The living room has a table with chairs for 10 people, all necessary appliances: flat-screen TV, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, hairdryer, iron with ironing board, as well as all the dishes to the smallest detail, bed linen and towels. In the cottage you will find everything you need to spend a quiet soulful evening with friends or have a fun party. In the courtyard of the house there is a place for barbecue, for cooking pilaf, grills are provided free of charge, and you can bring coal, firewood and kindling with you or you can buy them from us, and you can also rent a cauldron. There are fir trees around the cottage, there is an open veranda. Free parking in a fenced area for up to 7 cars, as well as warm parking by prior arrangement. Note on the price: House rules: The following is prohibited in the house: 1. Smoking (including hookahs and e-cigarettes), a fine of 5,000, smoking is allowed in specially designated areas (outside). 2. Making noise outside after 10pm 3. We do not accept guests with pets.
