This is a large well kept basement apartment in Mississauga very close to Toronto, between Bloor and Burnhamthorpe streets, which have excellent access to public transportation to popular destinations such as Square 1, TTC subway, Bloor West Village. Important disclaimer: although the unit is a separate apartment, the owners upstairs will need access 1-2 times per week to use the shared laundry. Also, they have 2 small dogs in their separate unit.
