From the windows of the two rooms you can enjoy views towards the Circeo and the island of Palmarola. From this first floor with a spiral staircase you reach an intermediate floor where there is the third double bedroom with a small bathroom. The spiral staircase finally leads to a roof terrace with exit to the large terrace, with a 360 degree view, from which you can admire wonderful sunsets on the island of Palmarola. In front of the house - but detached - there is a private garden also furnished with a large table and benches that can be enjoyed throughout the day. Other things to note You can park your car a few steps from the house. Cala dell'Acqua and Cala Cavone can be reached on foot. Convenient location also for the presence of a butcher, a pizzeria and supermarket.
