A warm, sunny and airy new studio to spend your most beautiful vacation in beautiful Chania. Elevated ground floor apartment of 30sqm, fully equipped with modern electrical appliances, kitchen, DC inverter air conditioner, free private washing machine, free Internet and free comfortable parking in the building area. It is 4.5 km from the city center of Chania and the old port, 4.5 km from Kalathas beach, 10 km from the airport and 10 km from the Port of Souda. The space The studio has 1 queen size bed & a living room with a sofa bed, kitchen & WC in a single space. The house is 4.5km from the center of Chania. Although the bus routes have sparse routes and do not serve, there is a bus stop 50m away & about 800m from the house there is a bus stop with more frequent routes. Opposite is the Flora and Fauna Park, a protected habitat of 300 acres with therapeutic and aromatic herbs of Crete, where many residents of Chania visit for jogging & picnics and to smell the wonderful aromas of the plants. It is 800m from the famous monument of the Venizelos Tombs (a wonderful place for photography) and the famous and romantic cafes Ostria, Koukouvagia, Nymphes with panoramic views of the whole city to enjoy your coffee or food. Turn left into the street, proceed and on the left you will see the apartment building with your open space private free parking space. Access to the apartment is from the outside staircase which leads to the main entrance of the house and then to your apartment. Other things to note You will have a better vacation if you rent a car or a motorcycle. Bus transportation has a not-so-frequent service. For a more pleasant stay, it would be good to have a private means of transport (car or motorcycle) for your convenience as getting around without them will be difficult.
