New & very well-equipped apartments in Lenggries, a dream location, very close to the Brauneck ski circus, the ski lifts and cross-country skiing trails. High ropes course, summer toboggan run, bull carts and biker park close by. The apartment has two separate bedrooms,a new, modern bathroom & a high-quality kitchen. The flat has a large furnished balcony. Large terrace with BBQ ,children's swing with slide, Kettcars for the kids, giant trampoline. Cycle and hiking trails right by the house The space Our newly built cottage is located in Lenggries, about 10 km away from Bad Tölz. Our house is located on a hill, quiet, sunny and yet very central. There is plenty of car parking spaces Each apartment has two separate bedrooms with real wood floors made of local ash. In addition, there is a large kitchen-living room, which is very well equipped with microwave, electric stove, fridge/freezer, coffee and Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle. There is a modern shower room with glass cabin. In the entire house, the underfloor heating provides cozy warmth. For the children, there is a giant trampoline. We have a farm with 28 dairy cows and calves. There is also bread roll service. Guest access There is a big patio with a grill for all the guests. There is also a picnic table and a giant trampoline. For the children, there are two kettcars. In winter you can borrow a sledge. Other things to note Skiing at half price - white weeks from January 9th - 16th and from 5.3. - 12.3. - stay 7 days and you will receive a 6 day ski pass at half price during this time, the Alpen Plus Holiday Card - valid at the local mountain Brauneck, ski resort Spitzingsee-Tegernsee, Hocheckbergbahnen and the Zahmen Kaiser.
