Parking is free, there two public parking spaces, one is in front of the house, the other one is around 100 meters from the house. We decorate and refresh the apartment every year, usually at the end of the year for the upcoming season. Guest access The floor that you choose is entirely yours, only shared space are the stairs leading to the house and the outside terrace which is separated from both floors. Other things to note There is a cafe on the ground floor. Every foreigner who arrives in Montenegro is obliged to report a stay and pay a residence tax for a specified number of days within 24 hours upon arrival in the country. The stay is reported in the office or info points of the Tourist Organization. When registering a stay, it is necessary to have personal documents as well as the address of the landlord or simply the name of the landlord which we will when you arrive provide. Residence tax in Kotor is 1 € per day. Children under 12 years of age do not pay the residence tax. Tourist Organization is located In the Old town of Kotor near the post office. There are 2 more both are 1 km from the house, one is closer to old Old town of Kotor, the other one is towrds Stoliv. The procedure doesn't take more than 5min. This is not included in the price.
