It can comfortably accommodate a couple with two children. It has a kitchen for preparing a simple meal. The location of the house is ideal. The numerous beaches of Sivota (Bella Vraka, Drafi, Mega Ammos, Mikri Ammos) are only 5 minutes away. The wonderful Karavostasi is just ten minutes away and Parga is 25 minutes away. The space The building is located 4 km from Sivota, above the most idyllic beach of the area, Agia Paraskevi. You can walk down to the beach in 5 minutes, or go by car. Very close there are two beautiful taverns, overlooking the sea. The apartment overlooks an olive grove on one side and the sea on the other. It is very bright and cool. It is built high on the side of a hill in a quiet area.  It has a parking space inside the property.   .
