Private entrance, parking, swimming pool, lounge chairs & table, outdoor eating area w/ 5-burner BBQ. Comfortably sleeps 6 w/ Cal-king bed & 2 queen sofa beds. 75" 4K TV w/ DirecTV & streaming capability. Double sink, shower, fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee & microwave. Closet/drawers & work desk w/ blasing fast WiFi. The space Lots of breathable open space! If you are looking for a sense of peace - a Zen spot for work or as a couple looking for a taste of beach living and relaxing by the pool then this is the perfect spot for you. 🐾 ✔️ Dog 🐕 & cat 🐈 friendly. Please be sure to register your pets so we can have it prepared properly. Dogs will love the park just a block away. My pool guy, Chris, comes on Tuesday mornings usually between 7 - 8:30 AM and takes no more than 10 minutes or so. Please don't be alarmed and/or plan privacy accordingly. Also, if you've brought your pet, please be sure they are aren't out in the AM as they might startle each other. 2 permitted parking spaces. I have a few fun and versatile vehicles available for cruising the coast to rent. Options include an all-wheel drive hybrid SUV, a rugged 4x4 truck, and a zippy beach cruiser. Ask me after booking and I’ll be happy to share details and availability. Airport, curbside pickup may be available for added convenience, and all rentals include free car washes during your stay. Guest access Guests have a private, gated access through the back side of the main property via a large sliding gate. You'll enjoy secure parking inside, monitored by a security camera for your peace of mind. A lockbox is located at the entrance for easy key access upon arrival and departure. The swimming pool and BBQ area are exclusively for Leucadia Beach Grotto guests. Please supervise children at all times and use caution—especially when the pool deck is wet, as it can be slippery. No running, and be mindful of footwear. There is no lifeguard on duty, so please follow posted pool rules. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM—help us respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum outside after that time. Our plants and flowers appreciate a little guest TLC. If you’re able, feel free to water them every few days. Enjoy your stay and treat the space as your own—thank you! Other things to note Please make sure to include the total number of guests and any pets when booking, so we can prepare and clean the space accordingly. For liability reasons and due to city regulations, outside guests are not allowed. If you plan to have someone visit, even if they’re not staying overnight, please include them in your guest count when booking and/or let us know ahead of time as exceptions can be made.
