The apartment is small but cozy. Everyone is welcome here, without distinction, and I believe that everyone is comfortable there. It is located in the historic center of Portoferraio, a short walk from the Medici port and the large port. You can enjoy the lively life of the town and every day choose one of the beautiful beaches of the island to spend the day. Just outside the house, you will find shops, restaurants, pizzerias, and clubs to spend evenings in joy. The space The apartment consists of two rooms, one of which is the bedroom with space equipped for smart working (the wifi works very well). The other room is a living room with a sofa bed for two people and an open-space kitchen. The total area is about 40 square meters. The bathroom is quite spacious. It includes a large shower box, a washing machine, plus of course all the other necessary accessories. What characterizes the apartment is its location in the historic center, halfway between the Medici Port and the Villa of Napoleon, also close to some beautiful beaches, such as the beach of the GHIAIE and that of the VISTE. Guest access The apartment is accessed directly from the street. You go up two steps, enter a door, and then immediately on the left is the entrance door to the apartment. The entire apartment space is accessible to guests. Other things to note If you are staying in the apartment during the summer season, you will need a permit to travel through the historic center, which is issued by email. In this case, you can count on my help, providing me with some information about your car. I would like to recommend to my guests in particular not to leave any garbage in the apartment when they leave, and to respect the local rules for the separate collection of garbage.
