This immaculate guest house with its private deck and generous living space invite comfort. It boasts a unique country charm with many handcrafted pieces of furniture along with a longboard made from cedar. Sleeps 6 comfortably with 2 bedrooms, ( 1 king & 1 queen), along with a queen sofabed. One bath with shower, laundry room, and a fully stocked kitchen, you have everything you need to feel like you are at home. Located in the country with trails close by, and only 5 min away from shopping. The space There is a private entrance with a large closet as you enter. You will climb a flight of 18 steps to get to the suite, where you will find 1,200 sq ft of open living space. You will have amazing views of the farm with its large timbers as well as the golf course. The spacious 30ft by 12ft deck comes equipped with barbeque and seating for 8 and offers a private area with views of a small fruit orchard. Kitchen- Spacious and bright, comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook a large meal. We provide salt, pepper, olive oil and a large selection of spices. Laundry Room- washer, dryer, (soap is not provided). The washer and dryer are for checked in guests only. Small chest freezer, utility sink, and recycling bins. Living Room- Loveseat and a queen size sofa bed with thick memory foam mattress, 50" smart TV with cable. Sitting Area- relax in the nook in the corner, read a book and enjoy a beverage. Enjoy our selection of board games, kids books, puzzles and crib board. Bathroom-shower only. Enjoy deluxe towels, eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, soap, and makeup remover. Master Bedroom-Boasts a handcrafted king bed with new Endy mattress, deluxe pillows, and coverlets. Enjoy reading from the bed with individual self-adjusting overhead light as well as quaint bedside cell phone stands. 40" TV with cable and a walk-in closet. Second Bedroom- Queen sized bed with new Endy mattress, deluxe pillows, and coverlets. Closet which also stores bedding for the sofabed. 32" TV with cable. WIFI throughout Guest access You will have access to the entire guesthouse, large deck as well as parking and surrounding green space. Other things to note Ample parking for vehicles, large boats and RV's. There is a baby gate which can be placed in the hallway close to the staircase for the safety of young children.
