The Ivy House - A Cozy Attic near the City Center

Welcome to The Attic at the Ivy House! Located on a quiet street near the city center - 15 minutes walk to Vitosha Boulevard, The Attic is part of a small apartment building with a private garden. Opening its doors to guests from all over the world - friends, families, business travelers or solo explorers since 2017. Strong Wi-Fi connection is covering the entire property. The space is disinfected according to the Flat Manager Sanitary Standards. The space The flat can sleep up to 3 people - 2 on a large queen size bed and 1 on a single sofa bed. The Attic also features: • a dining area; • small kitchenette with a microwave; • private bathroom • plenty of storage space and a charming view! Guest access There is a lovely private garden for occupants of The Ivy House - you will be able to enjoy the peace and quiet it offers during the day and evenings up until 10pm. The Attic itself is entirely at your disposal. Street parking in this "Green zone" for short term parking is allowed for up to 4 hours throughout the day and costs 1 lev per hour. Street signs in English will give you the details on how to pay for Green Zone parking (either by phone or by buying a parking voucher). Green Zone Short Term Parking Mon-Fri: 8 am - 7 pm Time Limit: 4 hours Cost: 1 lv. per hour Other things to note • Parking on the streets in the area is paid. • The apartment is supplied with bed linens, towels and hotel cosmetics. • Apartment located on the 4th floor - no elevator.
