Just 15 mins drive to both the CBD & CBR airport, only 5min walk from bus & tram! Full kitchen and dining area, living space and outdoor balcony. Accommodates a max of six people on 1 Queen, 2 Doubles & 1 sofa-bed in 3 bedrooms. Stay is entirely upstairs with private entrance, and free on-street & driveway parking. We look forward to hosting you! The space The house is quite new, and your whole space is upstairs with a private entrance through the stairs for easy coming and going. It includes three bedrooms with an ensuite in the master bedroom. The family room includes a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a dining and lounge area which is designed to accommodate up to six people. TV is fitted with Chromecast, guests need only have the app to use Netflix, Stan, Spotify, Disney+, and YouTube. The main bathroom is sparkling clean and spacious also includes laundry facilities, an iron, and a hair dryer are accessible from the cupboards here. Good size balcony with outdoor chairs is setup for guests. It’s lovely to watch the sun set over Mount Majura and Ainslie and part of the city from the balcony. Guest access Complete upstairs area and balcony belongs to the guest. Private gate and entrance for coming and going undisturbed. Free on street parking for your first car and if you have additional car you can park on the far left behind the traffic cone. Other things to note If the number of guests exceed 6, an additional charge of $30 per person per night will apply. All toiletries including tissues, soap, shampoo and conditioner are supplied. Hair dryer and iron are available( please note that the ironing board is too short to be used by itself. It can be used on the top of a table in the family room or bathroom using the towel attached as a cushion. Dishwasher, washing machine, and under sink bins are accessible. Two bins ( garbage and recycling) and clothes line are available for use downstairs next to the entrance. Upon checkout kindly take the rubbish and put it in the red bin. Unfortunately our place is not suited to guests with accessibility needs as is it entirely upstairs. Last but not least, this accommodation is a smoke free place except on the balcony. It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside the house.
