Minnie Escape

This light and airy, older style brick house, is the perfect escape from the daily grind. The house is located within easy walking distance of the boat ramp, beaches and National Park. The upstairs deck is the perfect place to gaze at the ocean with views to Sandon, the perfect spot for cooking up fish after a long day out on the water. Minnie Water is a small coastal village surrounded by Yuraygir National Park. The space Minnie Escape provides four bedrooms, the master bedroom is located upstairs and has a Queen bed with expansive views out over the ocean. The second bedroom located upstairs has a bunk bed and another Queen. Just down the corridor is a full bathroom and separate toilet. Also located upstairs is the kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances including a coffee pod machine and air fryer. If you prefer to cook outside there is a Weber BBQ located on the deck. You will also find a separate room off the dining area that can be used as an office space with high speed wifi throughout the property. Downstairs you will find two more bedrooms, one with a Queen and the other with two king single beds. There is another living area and a table tennis table. There is a small shower and toilet located off the laundry on this level. Please note there is to be NO SMOKING at this property.
