When it came to furnish this very apartment, my idea was to create something exceptional to my future guests in a modern yet friendly style, a place full of amenities and unique details. Conveniently located in the vivid area of DOWNTOWN Palace District, and with excellent transport links, you'll be right in the hub of this epic city! You are more than welcome! :)♥ The space It has been a really exciting challenge to create an apartment with a personal touch, rather than a copy&paste Airbnb apartment. This bright and inviting condo was carefully renovated and refurbished in the summer of 2022 with the help of an interior designer friend of mine in order to create something exacting and memorable to my future guests. In order to make your stay special we chose high-quality devices attentively, such as a brand new AC , a flat screen TV, a Nespresso coffee machine and fast WIFI. The open-plan design of the kitchen and the living room makes this area a very sociable place - because we all love cooking and chatting with our friends and loved ones at the same time! :) The living room is a welcoming and inviting space and may function as an ultimate relax zone for some peace and quiet after a long sightseeing day. If you're considering taking a power nap, don't you ever hesitate! We have a fantastic 160*200cm queen bed and a pull-out sofa for sleeping. Many attractions are close by, such as the Great Synagogue, the NEW YORK Café. the Jewish quarter with the ruin bars, the city center, the National Museum, the Szabó Ervin Library, etc. Also PERFECT for Semmelweis students, the area is vivid and safe. Guest access The apartment will be only yours during your entire stay! :) The main entrance from the stairway leads to a small shared hall where another apartment entrance can be found as well. From this anteroom you can reach your apartment through a private locker door. Other things to note Please, let me know if you need a transfer from the airport, as taxi drivers typically charge a higher than usual fee for tourists. The transfer prices start from 30€, depending on the number of guests. Contact me in advance if you need me to arrange a safe transfer for you! :) HOUSE RULES Please take a few minutes and read carefully the house rules listed below. I know it’s quite a bit of info and some of them are pretty strict but as they say, better safe than sorry. Please keep in mind that the violation of any of the below mentioned rules will be followed by a 1000 EUR penalty! Thank you for your understanding! • Please treat my house as if it were your own and not as a hotel room! Take your shoes off when entering the flat! • Check-out: until 10AM - Please always leave the apartment at the time agreed so that I can prepare my flat properly for the next guests. • Check-in: from 3 PM • Please note that complaints regarding the cleanliness of the apartment are only being considered within 1 hour after your actual checkin time. The complaints arriving later than that won’t be accepted! • Smoking, listening to loud music and consumption of any drugs are strictly forbidden in the apartment! • Please try to be as quiet as possible in the hallway so that you don't disturb the residents of the house, mainly after 10PM. In case receiveing complaints from neighbours or the police, we are authorized to cancel your reservation immediately. If this event occurs, you will not be entitled to any refunds or compensations later on. • Quiet hours: 9PM - 8AM • No additional guests are allowed to stay in the apartment other than the number of guests that were included in the original reservation. If this event occurs, they’ll be charged accordingly! • The apartment is not serviced during your stay.
