Charming Studio in Historic &Walkable Neighborhood

Belmont Heights is a historic, family friendly neighborhood. Though our street is quiet, we are in walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. We are also very close to shopping & restaurants on 2nd Street, downtown LB, and the beach. Two nearby bus stops can take you to downtown Long Beach for restaurants, bars, Aquarium of the Pacific, and Queen Mary. *We are only 25 miles to downtown Los Angeles and 20 miles away from Disneyland. *We welcome people of all backgrounds! The space This is our detached studio (my family and I live in the front house). You may hear us playing in the backyard. The studio has its own bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The TV is equipped with Hulu live TV and Apple TV. Since taking pictures, we have updated the flooring and now have laminate flooring. No more carpet! Brand new mini split installed 1-29-25. *City of Long Beach Short-Term Rental Permit #PRP21-00008 Exp. 2-10-26 Guest access Guests have access to the studio. They do not have access to the backyard. Other things to note There is plenty of street parking. One thing to note is street sweeping.
