The space The Garden Studio (50sq metres) is fully self contained with an open plan kitchen/lounge, has a modern fit out with timber floors & is fully furnished with a stainless steel oven & gas cook top, microwave, TV, sound system, washing machine, reverse A/C, ceiling fans & separate bedroom with a queen sized bed. Close to Fremantle, South Beach, Fiona Stanley Hospital & Murdoch University. Public transport to Fremantle & Perth at the door. Lock box/self check in available. We have a strict non smoking policy in the Garden Studio & Train Carriage. Smoking is permitted in the garden but please consider other people & the environment.
