Very Large room in central Brighton - Kemptown

Stay in a bright, cosy, spacious king sized bedroom in a gorgeous new and modern flat. My flat is only a 10-15minutes walk away from the centre and 10minutes walk from Brighton station. You are spoilt for choice with the variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, deli’s, supermarkets, quaint boutiques, antique shops, bars, pubs and parks, that vibrant Kemptown has to offer. The beach is also right on your doorstep! Check in times during the week can be flexible but ideally within my working hours. The space The flat is very spacious, large, clean and fresh. It is south facing so always very bright and you also have a slight view of Brighton Palace Pier and the sea! It has an open plan kitchen and living room, bathroom (shower and bath) and a good sized balcony space too. Guest access You have full access to your bedroom and bathroom. I also live at the flat with my partner, but if you would like to use the Kitchen and Living Room then that is of course not a problem! There is a TV in the room with a crome case! During your stay During your stay, I are more than happy to help and support you with anything you need! I do work full-time but I will happily give advice and any offer any local tips of things to do and places to see. I am a sociable and easy going person but I am aware of boundaries so I will be respectful of you and your time! We also have a 1 and half year old puppy called Teddy, he is a miniature cockapoo. He is hypoallergenic which means you can’t and won’t be allergic to him and his doesn’t shed any fur. He is really well behaved and fully house trained. He is super affectionate, and overall has a calm soft natured friendly personality! He also loves to meet new people. If this is an issue please do let me know! Other things to note Gay friendly.
