Additional beds or cot upon request. Bedroom one with study nook, and bedroom two with French doors to the private balcony overlooking the garden. Guest access Main access to apartment 1 - upstairs is via secure coded keyless entry to an entry foyer, then up a staircase to a second coded door. Rear access is also available via a staircase from the shared garden/laundry to the private balcony. Free all day parking is generally available right outside on Drummond Street. There is also some free all day parking available in surrounding streets, including Frank Street, Mill Street, and Duncan Street. Otherwise, there is free 3 hour parking on Webster St to use while waiting for an all-day spot to become free! Other things to note Please note that the owner is currently onsite for some of the week in the downstairs apartment. However, you have complete private access via the separate front yard gate and dedicated private entrance foyer to your upstairs apartment, and will be left to enjoy it in total seclusion and peace!
