The space Our affordable brand new building can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests per apartment. Each apartment has three simple and clean bedrooms having double bed with private bathroom attached and an additional guest bathroom. The view of the river and green area from the wide open window of the bedrooms is refreshing. In addition to the view, the bedrooms are spacious that has iron and iron board where you can iron your clothes easily. In case you are wondering about where to laundry, then you are all covered as you can wash your clothes the way you want with the best washing machine that is provided on each apartment. The modern large kitchen is with full cooking facilities that brings the feeling of homey. Whether you enjoy watching movies or reading books, the living room is bright, cozy and with TV and high speed WIFI. The dining room is furnished in a way you can always have a comfortable sit and enjoy your meal. During your stay in our luxurious apartment, you don’t have to worry about cleanses as we provide weekly cleaning service. The safety of you, your property including your car is our priority as the building has a vast parking area and 24/7 security service. In addition to that, the building has two gates (front and back gate) for you to use if you are coming in different direction. Electricity is not an issue in our building if you will be working on your computer during your stay or would like to use our modern elevators rather than stairs as we have a backup generator.
