Our apartment is in the center of Haiming, but still in a quiet area. On the cozy terrace you can enjoy the morning sun wonderfully with a nice breakfast. In the renovated (75 m²) apartment, you have a beautiful view of the Tyrolean mountains and there are many opportunities for biking, hiking, rafting, canyoning, swimming, skiing, tobogganing, touring and much more. The space The approx. 75 m² apartment is part of our residential building. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a living-dining area, a spacious wardrobe, a newly renovated bathroom, a separate toilet and a bedroom with a double bed and a guest bed. In the living area, there is a comfortable, pull-out sofa for 2 people. The kitchen is well equipped with 4 burners, oven and extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and much more. Of course, also dishes, tea, salt and pepper and vinegar and oil. In the living and dining area there is the pull-out sofa bed and a dining table with 5 chairs. In the bathroom is a bathtub, a very large rain shower, a double sink and a toilet. The whole room also has underfloor heating. (Towels, soap, bed linens, etc. are provided) Through the corridor in the entrance area you get to your own toilet and opposite is your own terrace. Guest access The apartment has its own entrance with a code lock. In front of the entrance door there are two free parking spaces. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace or outdoors.
