Our modern & cozy house is suitable for working professionals, couples, family, or a small group. We strive to give you the best service and facilities for your comfort during your stay. The space - Our house is located 3 KM from the famous Borobudur Temple. - It’s a 2-floor house, 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 1 bathroom in common area, living room, dining area, swimming pool, children playground, and car park which can fit 2 cars. - A 2.5x6m pool , pool fencing available upon request for safety - Clean kitchenette where you can cook your own meal. It’s fully equipped appliances: gas stove with cooker hood, rice cooker, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator w/freezer, cooking equipment and cutlery set, wok and frying pan, utensils, cups, bowls, mugs, glasses, plates. - There's also a car park where you can park your car or scooters. - Roof top grass area for play area - Water heater is in every bathroom inside the bedroom. - Air-conditioner is in every bedroom - Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, tooth brushes, tooth paste, and towels are provided - Flat TV in the living room and in each bedroom - Washing machine and iron - Hairdryer - Drinking water Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, common areas such as living room , pool, dining room, roof top play area & garage. We do however have a restricted space which is our guard’s room which located in front left of the house. He doesn’t stay there during your stay to ensure you can enjoy full privacy. However he can be present to assist you during your stay if required. Other things to note - Free flow Mineral Water throughout your stay - Complementary Coffee, tea, sugar - Basic cooking utensils available for you to cook on your own Note: (Please read carefully) -NO partying. - Vehicles are the owners' responsibility. We suggest to park only at Pandhega 2 House car park. - For safety reason, we limit the number of guests. The maximum capacity recommended for your convenience is 8 adults. (2 adults in bedroom 1, 2 adults in bedroom 2, 2 adults in bedrooms 3, and 2 adults on extra mattresses). Children are allowed to share existing bedding. - There is an extra charge of IDR 150,000/person upon check-in if you require extra mattress for additional guests (advanced booking required) after 6. - Maximum capacity of the house is 10 people. Please get in touch with us to make a proper arrangement for any additional guests above 8. - Swimming pool: on your own risk. We do not have swimming pool guard, parents must watch their kids and ensure their safety during the stay. - We would appreciate guests to keep the house' cleanliness and tidiness during stay. An extra charge will be applied for extra deep cleaning/maintenance and for any damage/loss. - By booking our house, we consider you have read all the information on our listing and agreed to the rules.
