Studio Condo Unit

The condo is strategically located in a quite, peaceful place. The brand new room has relaxing view,accentuated with earth-tone fixtures and furnitures. It is equipped with the basic home appliances, kitchen wares and a hot and cold shower. It is also accessible to nearby mall, terminal and some tourist destinations. It also has access to 7/11 convenience store and an open gym or fitness center. Guest access The guest can have access to pools which are located in between building 201 and 202 that opens from 8am to 8pm and the other one right close to the guard’s house which will be open for use from 8am until 11pm. There’s a gym and basketball court which will soon be available for use this coming February 2018. All information about the gym use are to be announced.
