Villa Ducula, Gorgeous Private Seaside Bungalow

Private, tranquil retreat with only our house with separate private bungalow. Away from the hustle & bustle of Port Vila but only 15 minutes to town &1 0 minutes from Airport. Villa Ducula can be as quiet and tranquil as you wish...or...visit bustling Port Vila town. The most gorgeous coral reef is right in front of the property. The bungalow has a generous layout and is well equipped for self catering. Refreshing pool to enjoy. The space This is a self contained bungalow, on its own at the bottom of our property, the ocean on your doorstep, lovely area. Pool just steps away from your bungalow. Lots of local buses go past the house, making commuting to town easy and its really cheap too. We have The Summit behind us offering fabulous mountain walks, we are also close to The Cascades and Beach Bar and Hideaway Island. Guest access Guests will access via property main gate and take a path down to their own beautiful private bungalow situate at the ocean edge. Guests can enjoy the garden, hammocks, the pool, we encourage our guests to make themselves at home. Other things to note We have two lovely young dogs. They are island orphan girls we have adopted and raised. They can be a little excited to see people (especially after covid lockdown). If you don't wish to have any interaction with them, your garden is private and fenced to keep them out. Most our visitors enjoy them though. We encourage you to be firm with them as they are still learning...its hard though, they are very cute!
