The Penthouse Suite is a very spacious suite, stylishly furnished in a mix of colonial and Indian antiques, complemented by contemporary cane furniture, set on marble and antique tile floorings in a beautiful Portuguese style mansion surrounded by lush greenery. It is for guests who appreciate beauty and peace. The space The Penthouse Suite covers most of the upper floor of the Marbella Guest House. It consists of a large split level sitting room with marble flooring and comfortable cane divans, a small dining room and a large bedroom with a king size bed, set on an original tile flooring and an en-suite bathroom. The bed and sitting rooms open onto the private terrace, on which you can sun bathe or just relax and enjoy the view. The bedroom is fitted with air conditioning and TataSky TV for your comfort and leisure. It can also accommodate a mattress on the floor for an extra guest (Charges apply). The living room can also accommodate two extra people on the divans (for an extra charge for bedding), but there is no ac available This suite is the most spacious option in the Marbella Guest House, a beautiful romantic Portuguese style mansion, where attention was paid to every detail. It is lovingly designed and decorated with an aesthetic blend of colonial Portuguese, traditional Indian and contemporary furniture. The Villa is quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourism trade, yet conveniently close to all amenities. When the building’s reconstruction was finished in 1987 it would have definitely been the first boutique establishment in Goa, but the term had yet to be coined. Guest access You will enjoy the privacy of your large suite, and you can relax and dine under the old mango trees in the lush green courtyard or sit in the lounge, furnished with authentic Portugese furniture set on original floor tiles. And there is lovely nature all around us, where you can stroll around and enjoy the rich bird life. Other things to note There is a gourmet restaurant offering various styles of cuisine served in the lush green courtyard, in the privacy of your room or on the terrace. The chefs will be happy to oblige to any personal tastes or health requirements, and only residing guests are catered to, to maintain the peaceful ambience. We are classified as Bed & Breakfast, but we do charge separately for the breakfast, as we prefer the guests to enjoy a wide variety, and not be limited to a standard included breakfast. There is a beauty room, where we take care of the wellbeing of our lady guests, offering facials, manicures and pedicures, and massages.
