One hour drive to Oregon Coast, Cannon Beach and Seaside. 20-25 minute drive to downtown Portland. All modern amenities. Access to kitchen, please clean up after yourself, if guest stays 3 days or more may use washer and dryer $1.00 per load for Washer and $1.00 per dryer. Kitchen Host available via cell phone entire visit. Quiet culdesac with only 20 homes. All homes were custom built in 2004 Well kept. 1 miles to max if I'm available can get you over to it. Close to Intel and Nike. If Host needs Max Train to downtown one mile away, can possibly assist getting guest to Max if prearranged. Please note I have a ring doorbell that records 24/7 outside of front door. I have a camera in my office downstairs that looks straight to my dog so I can make sure she's OK when I'm gone. I have Alexa devices in my office, living room, my bedroom and guest room. All Cameras are turned off of Alexa devices at all times. There is no device in private Airbnb room. I use them around the house for a music asking questions and setting alarms.
