This is a terrific unit, spacious, re-decorated winter 2017, situated on Lake Stewart, overlooking the Seascape golf course, and only 75 yards from the beach. You even have a (peek-a-boo) view of the beach from the front landing. One of the resort's five pools is 25 steps from your door. The master suite is the entire upstairs of the condo, with King bed, huge bathroom with a "couple sized" garden tub, and a private balcony (screened). Downstairs has the living and dining rooms, fully equipped kitchen, a second bedroom (twin beds) and bath, and a screened-in porch with a magnificent view. The decks receive morning sun, and are shaded for afternoon relaxing. Furnished with new bedding and premium linens, we prepared the unit for our family and guests, and want you to feel like you are home. Enjoy the convenience of (almost) beachfront living, at an 'off-beach' price. Seascape's 2000' dedicated beach was selected by Conde' Nast magazine as the best beach in Florida, with wide expanses of powder white sand, great beach amenities, and with the only structure allowed on the beachfront being the Whale's Tail Beach Bar and Restaurant, a local icon. Condo is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Must be 25 or older to rent this condo.
