Separate upstairs unit: 2 BR, 1 Bath w/ kitchen. Large space for entertaining with well-stocked indoor and outdoor kitchen. Lounge lakefront by the solar heated pool in the summer or the hot tub in winter and enjoy access to the private swim dock. Just minutes to Lakeport, this is an ideal location for vacation on the water! Incredible indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy the sun, family, and friends. 2 full walls of windows in living area completely open to bring the outdoors in. Wide open expansive views right from the comfort of the couch. An awesome outdoor kitchen means you'll never have to come inside if you don't want to. You're able to BBQ while watching the game on the outdoor TV and be present with your family and friends right next to the solar-heated pool in the summer or the recently installed 8-person hot tub in the winter. Please note that the pool is solar heated and only warm when the weather is warm and the hot tub is only available during the winter months (October-April). A swim dock is available for guests to swim and sunbathe. We provide two kayaks and three SUPs for you and your guests to use. Disney Boat Rental is only a few minute drive from the house and boat ramp access is right around the corner in the town of Lakeport. If you wish to bring a boat or use our dock to anchor your boat, please contact the host for additional information. House: Bedroom 1: King bed with door opening to back yard and views of the lake. Plenty of closet storage. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed; Sliding door with access to the back yard and closet space Bedroom 3: 2 triple bunk beds; sleeps 6 KIDS or petite adults. There is a 165 lb weight limit per mattress. Located behind the kitchen with an attached bathroom. Living Room: Large couch area with 65" smart TV (YoutubeTV included). Gas Fireplace available in winter months. Kitchen: Fully stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. Pots, pans, and baking dishes galore! Dining: Large dining table which seats 8 indoors. Multiple dining options outside to enjoy the beautiful lake views. Eat-in kitchen island seats 4. UPSTAIRS UNIT ABOVE THE GARAGE This unit has its own separate entrance, but can also be accessed through the garage. Perfect for an extra family away from the noise. Bedroom 4: Queen bed Bedroom 5: Queen bed Fully stocked kitchen with a small peninsula bar to sit and eat. Balcony with views of the lake and small dining table. It also has a small living area with a couch and chair. The entire house is all yours with parking for up to 4 vehicles outside. The main entrance is on the right side of the home. The upstairs unit above the garage is accessible from the street side or from inside the garage. We will be available by phone or text to answer any questions or concerns you may have to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. House is located just 1 mile outside the quaint town of Lakeport. Shopping, coffee shops, Safeway grocery store, restaurants, and boat rentals are minutes away. Numerous wineries await you in one of the fastest growing winemaking regions in America. IMPORTANT: THERE IS NO POOL COVER ON THE POOL AND NO GATE AROUND THE POOL OR HOT TUB. PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN. You have access to a few life jackets for kids and adults but please bring your own if any adults or children can not swim. Children ages 12 and under are required to wear a life jacket once they pass the gate to the dock. Any child unable to swim is required to wear a life jacket any time they are in the backyard. We have installed a locking gate that deters children from entering the dock area however you are responsible for the safety of children around all water areas. During some winter months, the swim dock will be closed to guests due to having to raise the dock for rising lake water levels. There are security cameras at our house. There is one interior camera that will be turned off when guests arrive and can be covered up or turned around by guests during your stay. It is located on the front entryway table. The others are on the front of the property and one is to monitor the lake water level for our docks.
