My home is in a prime part of NE Mpls! Home to artists, lots of new craft breweries & pub crawls, ethnic eating strip, retro shops, cafes, live music, parks ! Location Location! Quick drive to downtown, U of M, and all the major freeways, very centrally located. A comfortable place to lay your head between activities. The space This is a duplex house with a FULL kitchen, bathroom, living room, sunroom/office, and great backyard garden - not just a room, or apartment in an apartment building. Plus, I check out when you check in, so you have the place to yourself (some listings on Airbnb are more roommate scenarios). One of the best things about the house is that it's located, very conveniently between Mpls and St. Paul - A few miles from the U of M and just 5 minutes from downtown Minneapolis! Freeway entrance is just a couple blocks away. One block from a major bus route and 15 minutes from the airport and Mall of America. Lots of shops within walking distance and more within short biking distance. House Description: My quiet and cozy one bedroom home can be yours to call your own while you stay in unique and creative NE Minneapolis. The home is fully furnished, including the kitchen, in colorful, retro styling, and fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, condiments, etc! This rental includes: *Full Kitchen, Full Bath, Living Room, Sunroom and 1 Bedroom. Bedroom has a Full-size bed (sleeps 2), couch (sleeps 1 - does not pull-out, though is very comfortable), and a Queen Size Air Mattress and/or Single Cot available upon request. *Fresh sheets/towels/blankets supplied. *Toiletries and hair dryer provided if you've forgotten yours, feel free to use these. *Free Wireless Internet, Roku player with Netflix, Flatscreen TV, DVD player in living room - no tv in bedroom. *Free coffee/tea and condiments provided. Full size kitchen, fully equipped - french press, coffee maker, microwave, pots/pans, toaster, other appliances, etc *Plenty of street parking in front of house. *Picnic table and patio area with seating in beautiful backyard garden. *Breweries: It would be a great idea to rent bikes and head over to any of NE Mpls's several breweries. (Indeed, 612 Brew, Dangerous Man, Fair State Brewing and more within a short walk or bike ride from the house). Or take a ride along the river and Minneapolis's many bike paths including the Greenway - I have maps! Check out NE Minneapolis bar hopping by way of one of our local "Pedal Pubs"! or simply on foot :) Guest access This rental has its own private entrance. The guest has access to the main floor apartment of this house. This includes a kitchen, full bathroom, bedroom, living room and sunroom/office. Also feel free to use the backyard picnic table area. Other things to note ** For allergy sensitive people, I have a short-haired cat that will not be in the unit during rental. DO let me know of any allergy type conditions you may have in advance of reserving the space. ** The house is a duplex and there are upstairs neighbors.
