The Studio @ The Vale Penrose

The Vale is a masterpiece of rural design, encompassing expansive manicured grounds, an eclectic mix of farm animals and wildlife and a range of luxurious accommodations to suit the most discerning taste. The Studio @ The Vale is the perfect location for that special weekend away or that midweek escape from the hustle and bustle of the daily grind. A private Spa nestled among the rainforest perfectly complements the already decadent offering. The space Come spend a few days in the magnificent Southern Highlands enveloped by the tranquil surrounds of The Vale. Our fabulous country retreat is located in Penrose just a few kilometres away from the main attractions of the Southern Highlands of New South Wales. The retreat is composed by a fully renovated independent Studio with a king bed. The self contained Studio has a separate front and back entrance with a furnished front veranda and a back veranda with floor to ceiling French Doors that open on 3 acres of manicured gardens. The Studio is fully furnished with a King bed, a leather couch, a 60in Smart Tv, a fully equipped kitchen with a full size dishwasher, washer, dryer, a luxurious Italian style bathroom with 2 rain showers and an extra large sink. The Studio is also equipped with a fridge, Nespresso coffee machine with an inbuilt milk frother. You will also find a kettle and a microwave so that you can easily fix yourself a meal should you wish to do so. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a Royal Banquet for 20 people including a bread machine (bread mix provided!). We also offer our guests a continental breakfast together with some items you can cook yourself such as fresh eggs from the farm and halloumi. Just a few steps outside The Studio you will find your very own private Spa bath nestled among the rainforest. The Spa is for the sole and exclusive use of the guests staying in The Studio. We love pets and pets love The Vale! You are welcome to bring along your house trained pet at no extra cost. Please ensure your pet does not gain access to the paddock with the Alpacas. Please note that The Studio is advertised as a Guest Suite. This means that it is an annex to main house. The Studio has an independent front and back entrance and shares no wall with the main house, providing for a maximum level of privacy. We live in Sydney part of the week so we are not always present on site. Guest access Guests will have access to the Studio and to the entire 5 acres of gardens. Guests will also be able to interact with our animals: chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, sheep and alpacas. Other things to note The house is located almost at the end of a closed country lane.
