House with seaview & exotic garden ·Tejita32·

100 sunny square meters on 2 levels, 2 sleeping rooms and a little exotic garden, a terrace and a balcony to the south, a hammock and all this with amazing seaview. 5 minutes walk to the beach.The house is nicely decorated and recently renovated. The space Tejita is close to El Medano, just 2 or three minutes by car or half an hour easy walking through the nature park and along the beach.El Medano is popular with windsurfers and kiters.In comparison the beach at La Tejita is more protected from the wind. Around the house you can always enjoy sitting on the terrace or balcony. The South Airport is close by, but there is no noise from the airplanes. The beautiful little garden at the southern side of the house faces Tejita beach and the entrance faces the garden of the urbanization. The two bedrooms are on the upper level. The larger one ( 23m ) with seaview, hammock and balcony has got a large bed ( 1,60m x 2 m ). The second bedroom has got two beds ( 90 cm x 2 m ) which can easily be placed side by side. Upon request I m happy to decorate this room also for children. A babybed, a baby-hammock and a babyseat are also available. The staircase that leads upstairs between kitchen and living room has got a security door for children in the upper part. There is place to eat in the kitchen or on the terrace. Warm water and cooking works with gas. There is a small electric oven, an electric grill, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Upstairs you find a bathroom with a combines shower/bathtub and on the ground floor there is a small toilet and the washing-machine. You can always park your car in front of the house (for free). The urbanization is a private one and there is not much traffic and people drive slowly. It´s very calm in La Tejita.And at night it can be amazing to watch the stars. Guest access You´ve got access to the whole house. I live in El Medano. Other things to note There is a street market at the end of the beach in about 600m distance.It includes a supermarket, an indian restaurant and some small shops. If you should go out at night for dinner in El Medano, to come back it is recomendable to have a car or take a taxi as the way through the nature park has no light at night. Lidl and Mercadone, two great foodstores are just 3 km away.
