For long-term stays (7-30 days) - Accommodation insurance is 5,000 baht.(refund after check out) - The water and electricity bill will be collected as per the actual usage. - There is a cleaning fee after check out. - If wanting to clean during the stay There is an additional charge. - Cleaning dishes, bowls, forks and kitchen utensils. - Use water and electricity economically. - Keeping all appliances and equipment in the house in their original condition.
