A safe place for couples. Best suitable for Expats / Professionals. Housekeeping & laundry service is provided on daily basis. The space Rooms are designed in contemporary style while keeping the modern tastes of modern guests. Villa is situated in a gated villa society at prime location of Pune in Koregaon Park with peaceful and tranquil surroundings. Room has a comfortable work-table and high speed WiFi which are best for solo travelers / workation. Kitchen and Living room are on ground floor. This room is on 1st floor. All the essentials like medical, restaurant and Groceries are within easy reach. 5 min away from Osho International Meditation Resort. This place has 24/7 society security. Guest access Main road, essential shops, Cafe & bars are at walking distance. There's is one car park on first come first serve basis. Two-wheeler can be parked easily in front of the house. During your stay I am available on prior appointment for interactions with guests. My co-host is easily reachable if you need any assistance during your stay. Other things to note 1. We respect the right to silence & privacy of every guest. That's why we won't be able to allow the visitors. Only registered guests are allowed. 2. Loud music is not acceptable. 3. Ideal for long term occupancy / for workation. 4. Smoking is allowed only in balconies, not in the room. 5. Only light cooking can be done. Kindly avoid heavy cooking especially dishes which take longer time to cook as kitchen is shared among all guests in the house. 6. Washing machine in the kitchen is for house help's use only. Laundry service is provided on extra charge basis. So you won't have to worry about your laundry. 7. Avoid pasting any stickers/wallpapers/any kind of decals which can ruin the wall. Please appreciate that the room will be use by others after you check out. 8. House has one free car park on first come first serve basis. Car can be parked outside the society if space is available, or on Lane 5 in Pay & park. 9. Kindly provide your National ID while checking in.
