You come and go through a separate external door although the home owner is available in the main part of the house when needed. We are 5 minutes drive or a pleasant 20 min walk to cafes and shops in Leamington and Cambridge. A 10 min drive to Mystery Creek, 10 min drive to Velodrome and 15 min to Karapiro Lake. The space This is a private big sunny room with ensuite. There is a nice outlook onto a walking path. There is a cafe at the end of the walkway to enjoy a leisurely brunch. Guest access Entry to the room is by external access so you can come and go freely. Other things to note Cambridge and surrounding area is a very vibrant rural setting. Cycling, rowing, polo and Field Days are just some of the big events hosted anmually There is an active amateur theatre and many good restaurants for evenings or you can stay in and watch your favourites on SKY in your room.
