Servicing may be done upon special request at R175 per day. There are no servicing facilities available on Sundays. Where are the Zimbali Suites located? The unit is part of the Zimbali Suites which is a brand new apartment complex - it is adjacent to the Capital Hotel. Do we have access to all the pools in the estate? Yes you have access to Valley of the pools and Zimbali suites pool. We will arrive late for check-in. Is this fine? Yes, for arrivals after 22H00, we will notify the Suites reception and an access card will be given to you by the security in the Zimbali Suites Reception area. What is the size of the Suite? The Suite is approx 65 square meters in floor size. How far is the beach? The beach is approx 500 meters from the Suites, You can access the beach via Valley of the pools. Does the Suite have a patio? The unit opens up onto a small private balcony with chairs and a coffee table. Does the Suite have internet? Yes you have access 5GB per day on the Zimbali Guest WiFi. The line speed fluctuates is between 12 and 20Mbps. Speedtest showed a download speed of 15.66Mbps and an upload speed of 5.32Mbps with a ping of 7. Speed Limit in Zimbali The Speed limit is 25 km/h. Fines will be issued by security if you exceed the speed limit while driving inside the Zimbali Estate.
